What is your routine before starting a poker game?

I don't have a routine before playing online poker, but I like to play keeping well fed and rested without having to worry about anything other than the game. If I have worries or distractions, I prefer not to play, as any lack of attention can lead to defeat.

My personal tournament preparation begins with a deep cleansing facial treatment followed by a rigurous 10 Min walk along the beach with my dog buster.

Then I like to settle down with a glass of cow free milk, topped with some apple seeds and I'm ready to go 🙂

I wake up, have my breakfast, go for a walk, stretch, do some push-ups and sit-ups, and start the games...! sometimes I dive on the beach, it invigorates the soul.

My routine before Poker is a 5 mile run, 30 minutes sit-ups followed by bench pressing 10 reps of 120KG....then 3 chip butty's with ketchup !
