There is obviously a divide forming in the world of competitive poker. The "veterans" and "professionals" against the "internet upstarts" and "amateurs". Ok, I get that the old school players are a little miffed that some of the aura and luster has been taken from their game, but all this posing and whining. Come on! The internet and popular rise in poker has lead to a dramatic growth in poker skills across the board. I don't think the pros seem to mind all the endorsement opportunities coming their way because of this boom either. Time to pipe down and enjoy the popularity explosion...

Welcome pokerchipguy! A quality post from a newbie , you rock:thrasher: ! Well I think it was Annie Duke that said "don't expect to ever see a pro win the wsop again after this" . But your point is so on track , all the pro's are getting alot of $ w/o having to win the big ones , and the can still make a killing in every day play ! Not to mention they seem to be all atached to an online poker room in some way . MORE MONEY . Again welcome to the forum and keep posting.:hello:

The pro's can blow all they want. It's like the game..all posturing. They are winning the big ones, just not all of them. It's like a little kid stamping their feet and saying" I don't want to play with you anymore.. now give me my ball and I'm going home"
