I'm not good at all with bankroll management and I have problems with tilt. What software helps manage your money and shows how much you are up and down for the day?

Although you may want to wait to purchase, because a new version of Poker Tracker will probably be coming out early next year. There is a thread on it here somewhere (search function is your friend).
