You are the Big stack in SB with 7/4 suited BB is very small stack and sure to go all in with anything you must raise him all in when everyone folds to the blinds. What are you 60/40 against a random hand?
Two tournaments I won because I did this.
A/Q small stack against my BS was beaten by my pair of 7/7 after the flop. He was the bubble.
7/4 suited when I was small stack and on the button and made a move against the blinds and was met with KK. Won with a flush. I'd do the same thing with 10/10 or J/J or A/Q. What am I going to do wait around for it? My small stack couldnt take it. You have to make a move when you have position or fold equity.
Pokers logic is more complex than waiting and calling with hands. You dont play hands if you want to win big time you play people and situations. You must beat 99% of the field to get into the top 3. You are going to have to take chances. Give me 7/4 suited instead of A/Ko against AA anytime.
