Well,im usually trying to be calm and focused and i fully understand that i play a variance game and im trying not to be affected of the losses.
The decisions are important,the rest is up to the luck and cards,so if i think 've done the things right im calm the rest i cannot control,and what i cant control - i am trying not t affect me in psycological level and mood.

I used to get so mad "how can someone go all on with J4 off preflop and beat my K's" but I've gotten so used to it, it doesnt faze me anymore. I just close the window and start another. I've seen this happen so many times when 2 or more are all in preflop and I see thier cards i can guess the flop turn river 90% right! Its sick

Earlier I was very angry and furios, when I losed , aspecially, when it was bad beats. But now I keep calm, because I believe in distance and if you are good player you wiil make a profit!

This is just a game . There are laws of mathematical probability. Not everything depends on your ability to play poker. You must understand this. Here it is not necessary to blame anyone lose. You can blame except that fool who played the bad card and won.

Ever notice that when you need a break, you've got a decent hand and you have to take a shot to double up if you're going to have a chance to make it to the final table (cuz you're short and you've been at this game for two hours) - that's when you run into AA and they always hold up?

Calmly, after taking long time break(+-2 months) I again started playing poker.
I play now little bit worse, but i think after playing some poker games i will return easy my poker skills. Just play poker chill!
