What's your Worst Poker Day?

We all have a day out of the Week... that we just can't win... if you play online...

My Day is Wednesday

and no matter what hand I have... I loose... AAs, AK, QQ, KK...

even, if on the flop I catch a straight... I get killed with a flush or full house...

what's up with that...

Some of my friends, are starting to think that it might be a build in mechanism in the software... what do you think?

I dont have a specific bad day, (sometimes all of them

) but if i play afternoons or early evening US east coast time, German players seem to kill me. They call with any old crap and hit a lot of flops.

I have noticed that too....overseas they almost always call with anything. I just finished a buy-in tourney...almost made it to the $. I had a pair of J's and didn't the player call with K 4....then pick up the K on the river!!! Can we spell TILT??? Need some suggestions as to handle Tilt please!!

My worst day/game is any game that I go out on the bubble. It seems to happen more than I'd like! SO frustrating.

I don't really think that there's a certain day that's bad, just a combonation of things, which lead to you having this thought, but really the only bad day there is.....is the day you go on tilt, cuz that's a day you surely will lose, unless you controll your tilt. gl

Mine has to be (far and away) Sunday. It is the day I get to play the most, but some times it is just sick. A few weeks back I had a Sunday to completely forget. Things like flopped a straight and someone runner-runner full houses or flushes me. Flop two pair and someone else has flopped a set on me.

Really bad day for me.

hmmm actually there's no day like that for me.. The last really bad day I remember was, surprisingly my birthday

Came home, played drunk with some of my friends :joyman: and of course.. Didnt win that much xD

The book I'm reading tells me to be careful thinking like this.

What day it is can have no effect on the cards you get or affect your ability to make correct decisions ....... unless you let it.

If you think Wednesdays are somehow bad for you, you may very well allow that to creep into your decision making, and that's bad.

That's what it says in the book, anyway.

My worst poker day is when i have no money at any sites and no deposit methods and am trying to freeroll some cash up to play a buy-in .... which is where im at rt now ....grrrr

I think I actually seem to not as well on Thurdays tourneys. The only reason I really noiced this was the Real Poker Invitational at Doyle's is Thursdays and Sundays. I placed in the Sunday games but not the Thursday ones. As these are also at different times of the day, it could be that as well though. Not to mention there aren't as many games as on a Friday or Weekend so that lowers odds as well. But you have made me think lol. Maybe no buy-ins on Thursdays for me???
