I think the best time depends more on your mind at an specific moment than the players you're against.
No matter when you try playing, always the final places will be good players playing.
So, play when you are not stressed, without anyone annoying you, full poker time!!

The best time to play is when the player pool is at its highest. The more players, the more chances to play and you can table select more often.

Also, during peek hours they have better MTT games with lower buyins with higher guarantees.

These are just some things to consider.

Oh depending on the time of day you play will determine your demegraphic of players. I am from California and If i play until 3am I start playing with Australians! If i play normal hours I play mostly US players.

There is a lot to consider when you say the "best time to play"

It pretty much depends on you.

When I do not have work to do, I like to play in the morning, I have a lot of friends who prefer to play after midnight, they say that at this time the game gets better due to a few smalls number regulars at the tables, I do not know how true this is.

the best time to play unfortunatelly doesn't depend on the wishes and the moods of everybody , it has to do with what games he wants to play and what hours these games are offered at the best price . But sometimes I don' t follow that rule

I like right when I wake up...have coffee and relax with a game. I actually find I play the best my very first game of the day. I am more calm and dont feel the need to play too many hands!

It depends a lot on your free time to devote to it, I do college myself, and it takes a lot of time so there are not many hours left for me to play, I play as I give. Who has time I believe that I should create a routine of work and do not care much with the schedules that will play ...

Since I am playing many people from around the world, that is a hard question. I have no set answer. I like to play when I am fresh. After a good rest and when I can think clearly. After a long day is obviously not a good time. Nor at work or with distractions. So when I am home alone or on the road in a hotel room with a few hours to play with.
