- Never bluff against beginners
- Never bluff against the Short stack
- Never bluff against the ship leader
- Never bluff when you are the short stack

I absolutely agree:
When to bluff?
- Never bluff against beginners
- Never bluff when you are the short stack

And I do not agree :
- Never bluff against the Short stack
- Never bluff against the ship leader
There are players, and accordingly situations when bluffing against a short stack of an opponent is necessary. And a similar situation with the chip leader. Chip leaders are different, and among them are those against whom it sometimes makes sense to bluff.

I think that the bluff more than who to do it depends more on the right moment to do it. If you know how to do it and understand what would be the appropriate time to do it, no matter the position against which you play or the amount of chips, if you are at the right time, you will know how to take advantage of this moment and your bluff will give a very good result, unless be with someone who is willing to lose their chips for nothing, there the situation would be something completely different lol, regards.

bluff or all in? I get the impression that you talk about pushing everything to the center preflop.
Anyway, I think you can bluff against anyone, this depends a lot on factors of how well you can represent a hand that you do not have through the size of the bets.
It is a matter of finding the moment and making the right bet

Never bluff against multiple opponents, never bluff your entire chip size, only bluff if you can make your opponent believe you have a better hand.

When you know very well the plays of the others at your table and you are feeling comfortable playing against them and your stack is at least higher about the average of the table.

You should never bluff aggressive loose players, much less Cold payers, in poker you have to learn to improve your reading of the game if you focus more on the possible hand that your opponent may have rather than yours, you could know what hand he may be playing and see if you can bluff it or not . You can also study fold equity in poker and you will understand better when it is more profitable to bluff.

Betsizing put them all in or at least 80. % of there remaining chips to put into the pot
The bluff betsizing makes them think about it. I find smaller betsizing to easy for a call. Also I have a good idea of the ranges they have and they have to believe I’m ahead based on how I play to to be effective bluff There a lot of yahoos that will call a bluff early in the early streets but the most satisfied bluff is at the river when it the final bet and make them think

You can bluff also, when you have a psycological advantage against the other players, or when you have a very good position, or a very good hand!

Since I am a beginner player, I bluff very little. And it's not even a question when I bluff. I try to do this only in very suitable places against a small stack.

It is a common practice to bluff against short stack. Other than that - I completely agree with what you said.
When to bluff? When there are signs that you could try a bluff. If no signs are there, do not bluff.

When to bluff? When there are signs that you might try a bluff. If there are no signs, don't brag.
The truth is that it is common as you say and there are many times where bluffing is essential since you can short chips and high blinds and many examples I think
