Otherwise you're just gambling, and I can tell you firsthand it's thrilling when you win massive pots, but maaaaaan when luck swings the other way and you lose more money than most people make in a month and you aren't bankrolled for that level of play, it SUCKS. Better to play within reasonable limits and be able to KEEP playing even when you run bad, rather than losing big and feeling frustrated, panicked, and desperate afterwards,
