When Do You Switch Seats?

I play lot at my local casino but I still find it hard to just move to another sit. I have done it quick when the sit that is near me is empty, where I make the switch instant. In other times, I stay in a sit all day or very long hours. I would like to keep that in mind and be a little more pro active when it's the time to change. When do you do it.

I don't change seats at a table but I will change tables if there is a game with more action.

Why don't you? I see many doing it. I also see lots of movement like same guys leaving then coming back like if they work there or are filling the seats can they be house players.

Anytime the seat get cold I move to another seat or move to another table.
