When Everything Goes Wrong… but Somehow Works Out

Sometimes you sit down, ready to play your best game… and then boom — you lose half your stack in the first orbit.
You start thinking, “Maybe today’s not my day.” But the funny thing is — sometimes that’s exactly when you end up running deep.
It’s weird how poker works — the moment you stop expecting too much, things start going your way.

I've had that experience in many tournaments, even in our own CardsChat league games. Sometimes an early bad beat can really bring me down. Then I need to take a deep breath, know that poker isn't over until it's over , and shake it off to focus on sticking with my A-game.

It's hard to do that sometimes, which is why I guess it is good that we get a lot of practice!
