When To Take A Break?? 🤷‍♂️💤

When you feel tilted, tired, or start making poor decisions — that’s the perfect time to step away and reset your focus.

I used to have a hard time knowing when to stop, especially when I was losing.
So now I keep track of how many hours I play or what time I play and how much I win or lose.
That way I try to only play during the times that are actually profitable.

I think all this is individual. But if you feel that you are not showing your best game, then it will be reasonable to take a break.

Just came back from a 6+ month break. Didn't play a single hand .
I took a break because I won and won and won.
So to come back fresh minded with new ideas to get a fresh look.
