When we’re emotional in poker, we tend to make poor decisions. Do you agree?

For poker, emotions are pure evil! It is emotions that fuel tilt! It is because of emotions that players lose their heads!

Yes I agree and in Poker for me the emotion gets in the way of choosing the right action for that moment so I try to listen to a song to concentrate better

I agree. If possible, avoid playing in those cases because it ends up being more harmful

Certainly!!
The psychological when shaken influences negatively on our decisions.
However, who likes the game, and wants to have good results, needs to learn to deal with adverse situations.

Emotions have effects on decision making. I do make a lot of mistakes when I cannot control my emotions, especially it's is very crucial when playing the final table.

It goes for anything, anger will lead you down the wrong path. Getting tilted and emotionally fed up with negative feelings only leads to a bad result. You need to stay Zen.

Not always. I generally play real tight. Getting angry, or "on a roll", gets me to open my range and play more hands. Against certain player-styles that can work to my advantage. Emotions can help as long as you are aware that you are playing differently due to an outside stimulus.

I never get emotional,

because I don't have any feelings.

I would agree with that statement. When experiencing a bad beat you feel cheated so you end up making a bad play out of frustration.

100% you need to try to manage once in this state and take a break or just sit out a few hands and relax.

It depends on the emotion you experience. If the feeling that comes over you comes from a negative result, it is very likely that that consequent feeling is not an optimal state for your game. On the contrary, if you have obtained an excellent result, it is very likely that you will be invaded by positive thoughts for your game. Anyway, you should forget about them in the short term (the results). Instead, self criticism will always be an important factor in balancing emotions and to recognize the areas that need the most work outside of the tables.
Greetings.

Yes, totally agree with you. Everyone says you shouldn’t play poker when you’re feeling sad or are stressed.

And I have checked it with me, I am very excited, although I am learning to control it, thanks to Poker.

When you play poker, you can't be sad, angry, and funny. You just have to play with the "pokerface" constantly. Any emotions, even positive ones, impair our game.

At the moment of losing concentration and following the emotions at the poker table, is where our rival or opponent wins the game because the decision making at that time is much more difficult and you have to make bad decisions.

Absolutely we make more errors when we let emotions control out play. What makes great poker players better than most is they dont let emotions control there game.
