There are bad beats that I remember from 10 years ago!
Forgetting I find it difficult, better try to accept how poker works! haha

I check in with myself and see if I felt I played the hand the best I could have. If so, then I did all I could and know it’s ok to have lost even though it sucks. If I could have played it different/better then I try to learn from it for next time.

Lol, you can't lose with the winning hand.. but if you ment lose after being ahead . Just remember that the donks keep coming back because they win sometimes. Variance will even out

Honestly I think that you can't do to much, just to accept that sometimes you will lose with a good hand but sometimes you will be the winner with the worst hand.

U couple of bad words and voila! I don't think it's serious enough to affect me psychologically like it affects you. And being absent for several days seems dramatic and exaggerated to me, but it's your way and it respects you. I believe that "in poker, losing is a requirement to win"

Yesterday I had AA in MP and raised with 3BB. One guy gone all in, another call, of course I call.
First had 77, another KJ, and the table: 10 9 9 Q 3.
I wasn't really surprised, you can't do anything at this point, you won't fold a premium card before the flop.
And this is the point: it can happen at any time.
Of course, the race is over and you will be nervous about it.
But next time you will win. You have to accept this and not get annoyed.

sometimes its hard to forget but the best thing is to understand thats part of the game and see if you played it well or not, sure sometimes you'll need sometime.. If you are playing other tables maybe its good to play a simple game till your grind ends.

I cuss, anyalize the hand, hope to remember where I went wrong, and then let it go. Seems like if a possible straight shows up on the river, someone has it and my 2 pair or set is no good.
