No, I don't eat anything while playing poker. I am fully concentrated on the game. That's why I eat food before important tournaments, so that hunger doesn't distract me during the game.

Yes I can eat anything from sweets, to nuts, noodles all kinds of junk food. And wash it down with anything from energy drinks to cups of tea.

I like to eat while playing. And eating does not negatively affect my concentration. Usually my girlfriend cooks for me, but if I'm at home alone, I order delivery of pizza or some other not very useful but tasty fast food.

I usually play poker in the morning or in the afternoon, so I usually make myself a big cup of coffee or tea. I also sometimes eat some biscuits or fruit and that's it, because I like to keep my table clean.

I usually have 45-50 minute sessions, during which I don't eat.
If there is a longer MTT session, I make a quick sandwich during the breaks.

Some foods improve concentration, attention and memory.I often have dinner while playing.I often eat walnuts and dark chocolate.
