Idk what country you live in but (assuming it isn't the US since you have Stars and FT updated) but in the US some bars have small gaming licenses where you can play poker Cash games,
for Iowa law I think tournaments are restricted from anything outside the Casino's I don't know about the other states...
@ OP ask around, look it up online if you do find some where I would suggest picking legitimate business's and not the shady building down the alley.
I would start by trying to play with friends for 5 to 10 bucks once a week post something on Facebook or twitter or what ever else there is out there... I would just keep from mentioning playing for
real money.
Keep it brief like "anyone up for some poker?"
