Where is Your Favorite Place to Play?

Home sweet home lounging on my love seat with my lap top. I have some back and leg pain so long times at the live poker table can be painful in the same position in those uncomfortable chairs. Having my leg up or being able to move around and change position at home is ideal for me.

I do enjoy going to the casino, but due to the pandemic my time is spent much more at home. Hopefully soon, we can go out without fear of getting the virus since I have gotten one dose of the vaccine. My next one is on March 27 and then I won't be as afraid to go to the casino. I will still use a mask as all year I have been lucky to not get sick and may continue to wear the mask all the time regardless if there is a pandemic or not.

I prefer to play at home, but only because the betting and blinds are more efficient and play moves faster. I can't stand how live games drag.

I prefer to play poker at home, it is safer and more reliable, acquaintances or friends of acquaintances play and we know that there will not be any fight or any strong discussion to play, because we have all been known for a long time and we respect when we lose or win, I would love to go Someday to Las Vegas and spend money playing poker or at least enter a tournament who knows, maybe I will have more luck than in online tournaments, but time will tell.

I always play together with a friend. He comes over, we cook some nice food, than ge goes to my pc and i chill on the couch beside with an ipad and we poker. Pure fun!

I think online is the best way, because you only need a computer and a wifi to be able to play. Not to mention that it is much more comfortable and you can play any type of game and tournament you want.

Technically you wouldn't even need computer (no matter whether is it PC or laptop) either and that's the best part obviously

I prefer both - online give me chance to play smaller tournaments, and win big, or play multiple tables. But then there is the live reads of other players. However, now, where they have "live online" tables where you play actual cards, and not computer program, I would play casino game from home.

I prefer to play live because it gives me more pleasure and you can get to know new people ... I always combine that with a live weekend with friends who share the same passion and love for the game as I do

I prefer live, the excitement is higher, the adrenaline is higher, meeting other people is really cool and being able to exchange experiences is even better.
In live, you can study others, you can put what you study into practice, there is no way to compare live with on LINE.
In the online you have the comfort of your home, you are more comfortable and gives a certain tranquility, you do not feel the pressure of the looks on you.
In fact, each has its advantages.

On-line is definitely safer in this pandemic, but it will never replace the atmosphere and excitement of a live game. Being part of the local Poker scene in our town I got to know quite a few other players, some of them have played in some huge tourneys in Europe and some even played in Vegas, so to play against them, and sometimes beat them, gives me a great feeling of accomplishment.
Knowing that I can hold my head up in any arena is always a great feeling. I will probably never get to play in some of the bigger tourneys as my Passport is now lapsed and I do not want to replace it at my age, Been there and got the T-shirt is probably the best way I can describe Foreign Travel.
Also my health is not so good, but I do love a good game of Poker, for you younger players out there I would say go for your dreams, but keep it real.

For slow or turbo tournaments, I prefer to play them at home, but sometimes I play sit & go 9 players max or hyper turbo or spin & go in the cafe
