There is No such Beast in my book, There are plenty of Great Players but I don't think any are the Greatest, It's like asking "how long is a piece of string?" It all depends on how you cut it!
I have plenty of Favourite Players but the list would just be too long. as I add to it daily.

I don’t think that there is a best in the world. Poker is not like a sport where it is mainly skill that sets a superstar out from the rest. I believe that there are lots of talented poker players out there- not just 1.
