Picking JC Tran to win it all. Waiting 3+ months to finish this tournament sucks, it feels like its not even the same tourney. All the mojo any player had is gone.

JC Tran is the easy bet, but I think that Ryan Reiss has a great chance, too. He came from nowhere to crushing the live circuit in 10 months. If he can keep cool under the immense pressure, he's my outside bet.

Jay Farber ... I watch wsop ME on ESPN episodes (youtube) and he played well. Besides JC Tran seems to be the big favourite - the most experienced.

Usually the winner is somebody who starts in the middle (like 4-6th place).

Any idea why they would start the final table on a Monday? Might have more TV coverage or to the casino on a weekend. Don't you think?

Also in the last 4/5 years only Duhamel has won it all after starting the FT as a chip leader.. there is some jinx for the chip leader

Personally, I feel with the stack and skill level, JC Tran should finally get his Main Event bracelet. I am however rooting for Riesse. Honestly though, this is one of the most talented final tables we've seen in years. Good players and it is definitely going to be a great show.

I just finished watching the last two episodes, wow was that a brutal knockout for Morgenstern. He was virtually guaranteed a seat at the FT with that chip stack. It will be interesting to see how far Loosli and Farber go, Farber has only won a couple thousand overall and Loosli has virtually no live cashes according to WSOP. If Farber takes the bracelet he'll be the next Moneymaker.
