Going to an Indian casino when i was 18 for my first time ever being in a casino. Drove 4 hours with $400 in my pocket which was a lot for me back then. Sat down at 6/12 with it not really knowing where i should play with that bankroll. Got down to my last 2 big blinds after losing a hand. Did my first ever F it im all in without looking, i remember a lot of people calling preflop so there was a decent amount for me to 5x or 6x up. Didn't look til it was time to show, had J 4 offsuit, two 4's on the board. Took that one down. Sat back down for about 18 more hrs and walked away with $2,200. Been hooked ever since, 16 years.

Very good story, I like it more than anything due to the fact that it was your dad who started you in the world of poker, I went to see pokerstars to see what Texas Holdem was, I received courses and I remember that every time I played they were all hands all in when an ace came out haha super fun, everyone at the table annoyed, then one day my dad sat at the table with me and told me that he also played poker, he showed me his strategy plays and from then on I have loved the poker. I hope someday with dedication I will also become a professional and represent my country as one of the best poker players in the world

I am so glad that you liked my story.
With discipline and dedication you will get improve your game. I am working on my game as well. It is a hard way but remember baby steps. Don't run and enjoy the process .

Poker in my life takes enough time. This activity became my hobby, and to do something, and not be carried away is a waste of time.
