Why do you love poker even if you are on a losing streak?

Basketball players keep playing basketball even when they lose!

I know that's probably not the response you're looking for, but it's where my mind went.

I guess winning isn't the only fun part of the game. But you have to win occasionally or the rest of it isn't enough. I think that's why suck outs and bad plays sometimes winning are important. There wouldn't be much of a player pool left if those things didn't happen.

Because it's mainly about the game itself. Although it can be so frustrating, the thrill of the game never ceases.
The best poker experience of me was a total loss moneywise. But it was worth it being able to play with actual pros in the EPT Vienna.(Side Event only 😜)
Also learned a lot from this experience

I don't think anyone likes being on a bad streak at all, nobody likes to lose, it's true, a bad streak discourages me a lot and I stop playing for a few days. I'm aware that I need mental strength, because I know perfectly well that a bad streak is normal in poker, but I can't fully assimilate it

losing streak in poker is sad. sometimes I can lose "for example 10 bucks" then I go to the cash game to win back and lose even more. the main thing is to stop in time.
nevertheless, poker is interesting and people above correctly say "a losing streak ends sooner or later"

Because most of the times I lose, I played correctly, so I have nothing to worry about, the question is this, you must be constantly studying and preferably constantly evolving, making the best decisions when they should be taken is the best thing you can do, the rest is up to the odds, obviously there's an absurdly broad subject behind it, but I'm very fond of believing it.

Because it's about the game itself. I love playing poker. I love the adrenaline you get when playing. But I am able to stop in case of long downswing
