will i get in any trouble for this?

Will i get in trouble for uploading money onto carbon or lock with me living in the US? im not going to if i will but im dying for some online poker now I see they are US friendly but im still not sure

I assume you mean legal trouble? If so, then you have nothing to worry about as far as that goes. There's always the remote possibility of a US government led shutdown, as the full legalities of online poker in the US are shaky at bets atm, but otherwise it's all good and you will never directly get into "trouble".

Be sure to make sure to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of whatever site you chose to deposit on. I can't stress this enough. I've seen hundreds of members here complaining about deposit/withdrawal methods and conditions when they never took the minute or two to read about what they were getting into.

Do your homework, follow directions, and you'll enjoy your experience with the site.

No trouble will come your way legally. Only trouble you could get into is from the site/sites you deposit at. Personally I have found Merge to be the best option currently available to USA players online. Of course it can't compare with pokerstars/full tilt but for now its about all we got

It should probably be clarified that according to the UIGEA, depositing to a gaming site with a credit card is expressly illegal. Some sites still try to work around this by basically pretending to be non-gaming sites when they bill your credit card, but imo it's safer to just use a different deposit method if you are a US player.

Playing is NOT expressly illegal, but credit card deposits are.
