Winnings from freerolls?

I am curious about certain poker rooms rules towards freeroll winning exclusivly. For Instance, if I win a freeroll hosted by the site and build upon that stack by playing ring games until I have a big enough stack to withdraw, can I? I always assumed you can not withdraw money unless you have a deposit (I can't deposit because of my credit card doesn't work with Full Tilt nor Netteller). So can a freeroller cashout in the end?

Im pretty shure the ones on everest poker can be cashed out. But only the stt wins and the start from 5c so its a lot of building.
Some of the multis go to the bonus bank i think, but i dont usualy play them on that site at the moment.
