When I called the one woman after the gun said I had called all in and that caused her to fold. I said "so what?" Then the lecture started. Very snippy. I said " I don't give a sh*t it wasn't my turn."
A little more back and forth and I responded "tough shi*"

Reading comprehension folks. You're missing the point, the b*$%# was snippy...and wtf did that awful woman driver have to do with anything, Dorkus?

i just wanted to point out that all women are terrible drivers and terrible police officers and should stay in the kitchen and bake me cakes and polish my shoes instead of driving and police officering and stuff.

Personally, I love to see women at the poker table, they look better, they smell better, and they tend to go on tilt a little easier. That being said, I do feel that they become a little more defensive than men. However, I do not blame them in the slightest. I too would be quite defensive if from the moment I sat down, simply due to my gender, I was discounted as being somehow less competent that the other players.

According to TDA rules, yes, it should be binding. After you said "all in" the action to you didn't change, so the floorperson was correct in ruling that you were all in.

http://www.pokerpages.com/articles/behindtable/tda-rules.htm

Verbal Declarations - Verbal declarations in turn are binding. Action out of turn may be binding and will be binding if the action to that player has not changed. A check, call, or fold is not considered action-changing.

I've been trying, without success, to ascertain at what point a verbal declaration becomes binding. It would seem there has to be a point of "let the betting begin." Seems to me after the cards, two cards, are dealt to each player, betting would officially open with the player under the gun.
If I was the small or big blind anything I would say would be jumping the gun so to speak.:p

In other words the small and big blind or any other player for that matter can not make a binding declaration until the player under the gun begins the betting phase of a hand.

Of course doing so to disrupt or deceive is another matter.

Snoochie Boochies

Great movies.
Kevin Smith is his real name, and he loves comic books, star wars and women just like me. Jason Mewes plays the part of the slut lover who masturbates while thinking of men btw.
Now name the other movie quoted future banned member.

To WC

Or should I say in it...

Seeing as Mr. Fields has started this discussion on gender biases etc., we should include his most famous quote on women:

Women are like elephants to me: I like to look at them, but I wouldn't want to own one.
