now my question is how horribel would it be to play instead of just taking the t$ my roll is at about 30 +the entrants of 11 so i guess it's bad BR mangement should i just stay away from it?

first off....whats your bankroll? cashing out would be wise if your roll is under $400. I have played the 100K (at stars) and got $22 out of it. but it was hard fought and after I wished I had cashed in. my best advice? cash it in and use it for 9 more 100k qualifiers. and keep qualifing and cashing in.
