Are you speaking of the time zone of the Poker Room that you play at or your personal time zone? I know this may sound obtuse, it's just that I like playing Europeans during their drinking hours...lol

For me, the best time is from 6 to 11 and from 12 to 17. The most optimal time for me, and certainly not every day. But, unfortunately, I have to play from 23 to 6 in the morning, not the best time for me.
But I hope that someday I will be able to afford to play at a convenient time for myself.

Friday-Sunday typically you'll find more recreational players with less experience most places online and live at casinos. Monday-Thursday probably more pros since that's what they do for a living, not saying they don't also play Fri-Sun

Same for a single day. the later the day goes the more recreational players will play since they have stuff to do during the day. But you'll find pros on at 2:00AM -10AM trying to get the big guarantee tournaments with less people since not many can play those tournaments because of work or school.

My best time is during the afternoon / night when I know that the next day I am not going to work, my wife is at her work and my food is just to warm up and grab it, so I know that I can concentrate 100% on the game and that nothing nor is anyone going to bother me and I don't have things to do later that will disturb my game
