Not. Family time is family time and poker time is poker time. But the most important thing is time with family.

Set priorities and stick to them strictly. If health and family are less important to you than a poker career, your goals are probably not compatible with starting a family at this stage. Trust each other and be sincere. Poker is not an easy job. Talking about ups and downs will only strengthen your relationship.Trust each other and be sincere. Poker is not an easy job. Talking about ups and downs will only strengthen your relationship. You can't change a real poker player. If a partner does not share the gambling passion of his companion at all, then such a relationship is almost doomed.

If you're serious about poker, you don't have to worry that you don't spend much time with your family because you work the same way you would be at work, you just have to tell your family about it, they should understand it

My family thinks that I only play poker for fun. They have no idea that my dream is to be a professional and be able to make a living from poker.

My family understands everything and does not bother me when I play poker. They know that this is how I relax and even can win good money. Moreover, I play several times a week for 2-3 hours, which does not lead to disputes in the family. You need to remember that your family is the most precious thing.

I noticed for myself that I began to spend a lot of time playing poker, devoting less and less time to my family
At first it was difficult, even because of the cases of gambling problems in the family.

But fortunately (or unfortunately depending on the point of view) everything changed when I started to profit

Poker is just a hobby for me.
I play no more than 5-6 hours a week lately, so it doesn't affect my family relationships :)
