just come home from work for a little more rest before playing poker, try to take a walk outside after relaxing at home after a tasty meal and a drink, and if you have time before playing, watch a video or movie after the game starts playing your favorite game with your friends

I do a lot of things before a game.
First I drink three cups of coffee, then I pray a prayer to Thor the Almighty.
Then I check the horoscope.
Then I switch the light off and on 12 times, before knock 3 times on the table.
Then I pray to Thor once more.
Now first I'm ready to play.

Rest and food. My preparation for the game is quite banal. Sometimes I can make myself some sandwiches in advance and go to the store for a beer to be ready for a long and intense game

Usually before tournaments I go for a walk, for 20-40 minutes. I return home, have dinner and start playing. I wouldn't call it game prep, it's more like my normal routine.
