There is a real simple fix to that one. Don't do that!. Going all-in isn't always the best way to get value out of your hand. You'll probably get a fold more often than you'll get a call.

Find something to do while you wait. I know that sounds pretty basic but for me if I feel my tension rise I get up and do body weight squats, push ups or jumping jacks in between hands. Get a little of that extra energy out and use it effectively. Then when you sit back down again your mind will be relaxed.

It works like a hot damn actually : )

It might look a little weird in the casino though...

Yep) Sometimes I have the same situations when I forget myself in playing and think, that I know too much about my opponent hand...

poker is a game that needs peace in mind, and huge patience. I recognise that most of the times i loose my patience during the tourneys and that leads to bad calls and bad decisions. The number one skill that poker needs is patience and i try long time to teach in to my self

Alvim for me is the Internet connection if I get disconnected when I got the best cards, that makes me very upset and nothing I can do about it.
The other matter is rerases when I am supposed to hold the nuts, makes me wonder poker, straight flush, royal flush. :deal:

Definitely 1) 7/10 times not having the heart to try and steal the blinds with mid to low hand and 2) I never believe my opponent can possibly have a straight when it's blatantly obvious he does. I always call and it ends up biting me in the behind. It's probably because I almost literally never get a straight, and when i do like it's like 2/50 hands and then lose to either a higher straight or a flush.

My weakness in poker

My biggest weakness is protecting my big blind too much. Sometime long ago, it was drilled into my head that you have to protect your big blind so that others at the table don't run over you. Now I protect my big blind so much that it is detrimental to my game over the long haul. The tournaments that I am able to work on it and not protect as much, I tend to do really well... That said when I let weak hand go to a raise and the flop comes really good for the hand that I let go it still kills me a little inside... haha.

I become to attached to my cards at times getting caught in sticky occasions. I often read an opponent as bluffing when they aren't. This usually comes from hyper aggressive online opponents and transfers poorly in person

In tournaments I play too tight and fold too much. Also a c-bet bluff usually works on me. I think I need to play more hands during tournaments and try experimenting.

my weakness is chasing my outs. My flushes and openended str8 draws. I can have the patience of Job, and then come something I find to irresistable to fold. sigh
