You've not really described the situation that specifically but generally I'd be looking to be around 15bb to call it off.
(I may be tighter/looser with the call depending on the game I'm in, my perception of the raiser and what the blinds are likely to do.)

The situation is a bit odd as at these stack depths, I'd more likely to be just open shoving anyway and not end up in this spot.

So to answer your bigger question I think we have to consider AT a trap hand as we aren't gleefully raise/calling it off at 30bb for example.

Another wrinkle is the 3x raise. maybe that's a standard for you but I think these days the majority of players are opening smaller. The fact you've opened larger than "normal" probably means you have to call off more often, but that situation has been forced by you committing more chips with the opening size, not AT magically improving in any way.

Depends on the stack size of whom is all in and if AT is suited. But in general I try my best to play tight at early positions
