What is your primary strategy shift when the tournament bubble is approaching? Do you lean toward hyper-aggression to exploit tight players, or do you tighten up to guarantee a cash?

I do think id play just normally with a normal stack but definitely more loose hands with a bigger stack.

The bubble is a great time to put pressure on players who are clearly trying to secure a cash, while avoiding unnecessary spots against stacks that can fight back. I don’t think you should just tighten up and wait for a cash, you still need to accumulate chips for the deeper stages.

I'd rather wait and survive, because it saves me tokens so I can grow later.

When I’m deep-stacked near the bubble, I like to put pressure on the short stacks.
When I’m the short stack, I prefer not to risk certain hands so I can lock up a payout.
I keep an eye out for big stacks looking to exploit this situation and of course, sometimes i get knocked out because of it while defending hands like TT, JJ, or QQ..
And it also depends on the tournament, if it’s just a routine event, I might take more risks in a bubble situation and try to exploit more times

In the bubble, I prefer to survive and guarantee some money. It's only after that that I get a little more aggressive. But if I notice that someone is playing very passively and I have a good amount of chips, then yes I will put pressure on them.

The bubble is about balancing survival with aggression. Tighten up against players who can eliminate you, but pressure shorter and medium stacks who are afraid of busting. Steal blinds frequently from late position and exploit players who play too cautiously. The goal isn't simply to survive it’s to use ICM pressure to accumulate chips while avoiding unnecessary risks.
