Mke sure you have the bankroll or spare cash to play at that level and if its not working at that level drop back down

If you're grinding mtt, I think the safest way is to keep the same buyins and once or twice a week shoot your shot in a higher buy-in tournament to test your skills, and depending on how your results are, you can decide by yourself if you're ready for the competition or you just need a little bit more time

PTry studying the game, starting with free rolls until you build a bankroll so you can play other tournaments, and have fun playing.
