Facts, I learned this the hard way, whenever I won an MTT I would immediately jump to high stakes and get get punished, bringing my balance to zero

It's true, it's best to play with 1% of your bankroll, $100 $1 tournaments, but you could play with a more aggressive bankroll for example 2%, 100$ $2 tournaments
