No matter what stage you start to play. In this case important how you play.

I try to buy in at or near the start of the tournament. Admittedly I will buy in later if I see that there aren’t a ton of players in a game and the entry fee is small

Statistically speaking it is always better if you buy in at the start of the tournament is the best option and you can have a nice ongoing game by doing this, good luck ;)

Hello all,

I've been playing microstake tournaments but wondered if there was an optimal time to buy in. Obviously, the longer you're in the bigger you can build your stack but on the other hand you'll have more opportunities to get stacked yourself. Tournaments must be played aggressivelying after all...

Thoughts?

In my opinion it is better start on level 1.. hands are cheap and you can rise them and make good stack. FOr those who start last time must risk alot, sometimes it works but no very often.. the only advantage to start late its you have less fatige..
