Some people learn better by reading books others learn better by taking/watching courses(videos). At the the of the day whether you read books or watch videos the best and easiest way is with a HUD(has been for 20+ years) and by using it to do hand reviews. If you're not reviewing your hands you're failing to study fully and properly.
I take 5-6 screenshots of the hands I lose during the day, the most interesting ones. Then, when I have time, I review them and study what I did wrong or what I did right because sometimes we depend on the flop and luck

The best way to study poker: play, review your mistakes, and stay disciplined. Small improvements every day turn into big wins over time.
