I believe the biggest mistake I make is thinking my opponents are bluffing more than necessary. Then I call the play and lose the hand.

The biggest mistake I still think of making is paying thinking that the villain is bluffing. I call the move and I end up seeing that it wasn't a bluff.

These are all big rookie mistakes but the most common and therefore biggest mistake is just trying to see as many flops as possible as passively as possible.
