Do suits matter in Hold'em?

If you are asking are hearts greater that spades and so on then the answer is no. All suits are equal in Holdem.

Suits never matter in the ranking of the hands.

The only time suits come into play is stuff like determining who the forced bet is in 7-card stud. You asked specifically about hold'em, where suits never play a role.
