Most players love reviewing big wins, but the biggest lessons often come from losing hands.
Analyzing mistakes helps you identify leaks and avoid repeating them in the future. Sometimes you'll discover that a hand you thought was unlucky was actually played incorrectly.
How often do you review your losing hands?

Yes, friend, I do it daily. I take screenshots of hands I lose or interesting hands with big pots. I take 5-6 and then when I have time I review them carefully to make notes about what I did.

Nowadays it's rare, but I want to return, it helps a lot to improve the way I play right, it's already changed my decisions a lot

Im used to mark hands every time I play. Usually there's 40-60 hands marked for analysis, regardless if I win or lose, they're more about doubts or though decisions

Yes, especially in the hands where I lost a lot of chips.
I don't always review the games right away, but I like to come back to them later and try to understand if it was just bad luck or if I could have played differently. I've learned a few things like that.

Inspite of the so called reviewing, 99% ordinary players repeat the same mistake of playing that hand in that same incorrect manner!
Only the remaining 1% high-level professional players have the ability to divorce princess looking hands on any tables!

Nowadays, never. I only play as a hobby, so I don't have time to dedicate to reviewing hands. If I win, great. If I lose, I just move on to the next tournament.

It should be done every day. I admit I don't do it every day, but I try to do it whenever I have doubts about certain plays.

Nowadays I'm very lazy. But in this year, I pretend to begin to make a good effort for improving my game play. I think I need to review my hands at least once per week. I will begin to post more about my hands on forum and comment more about the hands posted by other CCMates.

I generally don't like to analyze losing hands, but I understand that it is necessary to do this for my self-development, and that is why I do it periodically.

Of course.
It can be very helpful to understand your opponent’s cards and recognize how you both react to each other’s plays. This is also essential for improvement.

I usually play multiple freeroll satellites so would not normally review many hands. If I was deep in a tournament and lost then I would review my last few hands. If you build up enough experience you should find that you kind of know how situations play out. Also to remain mentally fresh I don’t review many hands.

Hell yes. I mark winning, losing, questionable hands, plus hands I think I might have played bad or hands I found interesting at the time.

Cheers!!!

I always check through the Pokerstars system, send it to the gpt chat and ask for an analysis of what could have been done differently.
Unfortunately, in the other Apps, I didn't find a review of previously played hands.

Back when poker was more than just a hobby for me, reviewing losing hands was part of my routine. In fact, I learned far more from mistakes than from big wins. Nowadays I play mainly for entertainment, so I rarely go back and analyze sessions unless there was a particularly unusual hand that sticks in my mind.

Facts, I've noticed this when I screen recorder a MTT a few months ago, I haven't started properly reviewing my hands yet but I'm looking to start this weekend

I review it, yes. Often enough to understand my mistake and draw appropriate conclusions.

Reviewing losing hands is the best way to improve. Whenever I take a tough loss, I always check my hand history to see what went wrong and why I took that line...
