I feel that taking a short break can really help during a poker session. After playing for a long time, it is easy to lose focus or start making emotional decisions. Do you usually take breaks, or do you prefer to keep playing while you are in the game?

i play better after a break if i did some training while i take break like full review of hands, watching some poker videos with valuable info, learn some new charts, strategy, if i took brake but didn't trained well i play worse with tilt🤣🤣🤣
