Do you raise with your J10 or what?

What is your standard action?

I usually fold JTo in early positions (UTG, UTG+1), but from MP (LJ) onward it's a solid open. In 6-max, it's an open from every position. Solvers raise it nearly 100% from CO, BTN, and SB—usually 2.5bb. It plays well postflop with decent equity and fold potential.

if there some raise before me it time to fold, except they are suited and raise is not x3...

Just fold my friend, better opportunities wil come

With JT I would only equalize the bet if I'm in a blind position and if the raise isn't too high. rubbish

Depends on the position and stack sizes. JTo is a borderline medium-strength hand you can usually open from HJ+ if the action folded to you (though maybe only from CO in cash games, I am an MTT player). JTs is quite a strong hand you can open from any position and can even use for squeezes from later positions (but, again, in cash games it is probably tighter).

I prefer to fold , Wait for better opportunities.

I agree that JTo is a bit marginal, especially in earlier positions, and definitely more viable from CO or later in tighter cash games. JTs, on the other hand, feels way more playable across the board, especially in MTTs where suited connectors hold great value postflop. This is the type of hand that will do you good if you go along with other people's bets and raises (to the extent that it doesn't cause you any trouble).

The standard action depends on the situation. What is the format of the tournament, what is its stage and structure, how many opponents are at the table, what is my position......
In short, my standard action is fold

This is basically a good hand and there are plenty of chances to win

This question can't really be answered well. In poker everything is about context:

* what position are you in
* has anyone raised already?
* is it a cash game? a tournament? an online game? a live game? a rush/zoom game?
* are players tight? specifically are players behind you tight or loose?
* is it a suited or offsuite hand?
* what is your stack? what are other players's stacks? for example, if you have a few short stacks behind, you might be facing a shove
* what is *your* image?
* is ante on?

The answer may differ drastically depending on answers to these questions. All that said, to simplify it based on most standard pre-flop ranges:

* if you are the first raiser, raise JTs pretty much on every position, starting with UTG. it's a fairly strong hand with a lot of draws!
* if you are the first raiser, raise JTo on CO and later positions
* raise or limp both hands when on SB
* when facing a raise, call with JTs pretty much from any position. fold JTo
* call 3-bets pretty much from any position with JTs. fold JTo to a 3-bet
* if you're feeling brave, it is a fairly standard play to 3-bet JTs as a bluff from SB or BB vs late positions (CO, BTN)
