Do you review your poker sessions after playing?

After each session, do you take time to review your hands and mistakes, or do you just move on to the next game? I think reviewing hands is one of the best ways to improve. What is your routine after a poker session?

Yes, absolutely. I think reviewing your sessions is one of the most important parts of improving as a poker player. I usually look back at the hands where I faced difficult decisions, especially the big pots and spots where I’m not completely sure I made the right play.

I try to focus less on the result and more on the decision itself — what information I had at the time, what alternatives were available, and whether I could have played the hand differently. Over time, this helps me identify leaks, understand my mistakes, and make better decisions in future sessions.

Yeah for sure. On each session i try to focus on 1 point. Did I preflop correctly? or should I bluff more? or ... Depending on the mood and/or what i think went wrong

it s hard to review , because tilt is a factot sometimes

When I was playing a lot of sngs I would review every game for icm errors, once I got to making virtually no errors in a format, then I would stop.

Then I would move on to studying the regs for possible exploitation.
