I think you said it yourself already You just keep 3-betting them.

Yeah definitely keep 3 betting them until they learn to fight back. That’s the exploit, do this with any two cards.

3-bet bluff with a wider range and flat call when strong.

If I notice someone is folding way too often to 3-bets, I start widening my value range and mix in more light 3-bets, especially when I'm in position. There's no point waiting only for premiums if they're just going to give up preflop most of the time. The key is paying attention in case they adjust, because once they start defending more or 4-betting, you need to tighten back up.
