Many poker players focus only on big wins, but knowing when to fold is just as important. Saving chips in difficult spots can help you survive longer and find better opportunities later in the game.

Of course a big pair. But I do find "Folding" very important when getting near the bubble and also at the final table.
Better to fold and finish 3rd with more money than finishing 8th with less.

Unless we're talking about monster hands, I always find it hard to fold suited "KQ". And that applies to any position. I feel like I've won more hands with "KQ" than I've lost. But I don't always call an all-in preflop with this hand, since it's more valuable to me on the board.

Absolutely folding is the most important skill to have. It's hard to fold AA but unless you're playing push or fold, you have to do it sometimes. It's easy to fold in OMHL and even PLO sometimes.

For me, top pair with a good kicker can be one of the hardest hands to fold, especially when the pot gets big. Sometimes you know deep down you’re probably beat, but curiosity still makes the decision difficult 😀

I dare say that knowing when to fold is the most important skill in poker.
It avoids bad beats and protects your stack.
