And dont forget to move all-in to give someone a chance to misread the board and fold their hand. Probably dont want to do that in a raked game though, since then you are just screwing yourself and everyone else involved in the hand

If this is a cash game then it's actually the site that wins so Option E. Everyone else loses to the rake. And sad that isn't the sad part.....teh sad part there is always one dummy who bets big or goes all-in so we all lose the max to the rake.
