Sometimes I still find it difficult, especially when the loss comes from a situation where I felt at an advantage.
In fast formats like Rush, it's easy to simply move on to the next hand without thinking, but I realized that this can generate frustration without the person realizing it.
Lately, I've been trying to be more attentive to my reactions and avoid making rash decisions right after a bad hand.

It's hard to stay focused after a series of bad results. I try to play focused and correct, and that means on strong cards, whether winning or losing. Poker is a gambling game with a lot of unforeseen situations and I got the impression no matter how hard we try we can't influence the luck factor.

For me, dealing with bad beats starts with accepting that they’re part of the game. I try to focus on whether I made the correct decision, not on the outcome. If I got my chips in good, I count that as a win mentally, even if I lost the hand.
During long losing streaks, I protect my mindset. I take breaks, reduce the number of tables, and sometimes even move down in stakes to rebuild confidence. Staying focused comes from reminding myself that poker is a long-term game — as long as I keep making good decisions, the results will follow.

I play for money, so I play focused and disciplined regardless of how things turn out. Poker for me is a source of additional income, so no emotions, just a clear calculation.

I just stay in control and don’t let bad beats get to me. It’s always going to happen and what comes around goes around, I’ve gotten lucky on the river tons of times so I don’t celebrate because I know my opponent just took a bad beat and I’m not there to be a jerk or anything. So when it happens to me I stay focused on the next hand. The next hand might get me my chips back so we have to be ready!
Control our mind, it’s really the only thing in poker we can control. Have fun!
