Bad beats happen to everyone. I try to stay calm and not let emotions affect my game. Taking a short break helps me reset and come back stronger. How do you deal with bad beats?

I completely stop playing for 2-3-4 days, it depends on how I feel. It's always necessary to take a break. On those days off, I leave the city or I fix up the house; I practically disconnect from poker.

Handle bad beats by focusing on making the right decisions, not the result, and staying calm with a long-term mindset to avoid tilt.

Understand that failure is inevitable. In sports and games, defeat is a learning experience, not a shame.I'm just taking a break from the game.Analyze to learn, not to blame yourself.

Bad beats are part of the game you can play everything right and still lose. The key is not to let them affect your decision-making. I focus on whether I made the correct play based on the information I had, not the outcome. Taking short breaks, keeping emotions in check, and sticking to a solid strategy helps me stay consistent over time.
