For me, pre-flop is much easier. The hard part begins after the flop, especially when your hand seemed strong in the pre-flop, but the edge gets weird.
What I'm trying to do is keep things simple and avoid getting too attached to one hand just because it was strong pre-flop.

Play thousands of hands and after a lot of experience, you will see that just like backgammon, your hand can go downhill quickly. Luck plays a big part until all the cards are on the table. So I try to keep the pot manageable until all the cards are out. This includes preflop.

I think pre-flop it's a game of position, you should learn this more...

It depends on the situation. If it's just starting a tournament, raise 3x, and if the flop goes your way, raise 3x again. If you get all-in or they go all-in, call. If you're on the bubble or pre-final table, play aggressively.

It's best to not ask for or share social account info here in the forum. These are public threads - anyone could come across the links.

Rather, it's better to have the strategy discussion here. That's what this forum is for, so members can ask questions, and others can answer. We all learn from each other that way. :)

play fewer hands, value position and raise strong hands aggressively preflop, start tight and avoid overcommitting after the flop just because your starting hand was strong.
