Because good decisions come from a calm mind, even after bad beats. If you can stay focused and avoid tilt, you'll make better decisions in every session.

I wish I had a better feel for looking at someone and being able to know if they are full of crap or not lol. Some people give away things by timing and sizing, but when playing someone good, do they have it or not here! If I could magically improve that I would!
