JJ. Has more raw equity. Suitedness doesn't matter that much when implied odds are not a factor. Though kinda depends on the specific scenario you are in and what your opponent's range is, but generally just JJ.

If I’m in a spot where I’m in a push fold situation then I would be happy to push either hand all in. Then it’s just luck after that.

For a while I avoid giving All in when I have a pair and that's because I don't know how to do it because RNG offers even one, two players a higher pair! I always have a question mark and even with AA I don't give it all in anymore! It is better with AK with which you can do straight, flush, pairs or one Hi pair!

In my opinion, this question is unanswerable without answering the following questions (and I am not asking all of them that could be asked)

What is your goal by going all in?
Are you opening the pot or raising?
From what position and facing what kind of stacks?
How do you think your opponent will view your all-in, and why?

There is so much more to clear up as well, but the first question should be the first thing you ask yourself when thinking of going all in (or any other play).

Asking your OP in that form is kinda like asking someone if your dish needs more of a certain spice, but you wont tell them what the dish is or let them taste it. I am not trying to be rude, but some of the differences between most poker players and the really good ones are the things they consider before making any kind of play.

For such a simple game, poker can be quite complex.

I believe that JJ are a bit weak to go all-in with at a full table of nine people. However, if I only have 5-10 big blinds left, I will go all-in. If there are only 2-3 players at the table, I'll play it by ear and might push all-in depending on the situation.

To be honest, it doesn't really matter. In my opinion, the chances are pretty much equal.

It's better with AK with which you can make snap, color, pairs or a single large pair! can be JJ or a pair of 77,88,99 and you can win at All in especially if you do set! It depends on the bankroll versus those who play preflop, position and luck...

If I have to pick with no other info, I shove JJ.
In practice with 10–20bb and no reads, I prefer JJ for its higher raw equity vs typical calling ranges (often ~55–60% vs broad ranges, flipping only vs AK). I choose AKs when I want more fold equity and blockers (it blocks AA/KK/AK) or when I’m shorter and happy to see all five cards. Near bubbles/ICM spots, I lean JJ; when I need chips or expect lots of folds, I lean AKs.

Pressuming no other info - position, reads, whatever - just choosing all in or fold - I prefer JJ of course - I just believe in math. Longterm they are just better than AK.
