Learning programs

Jonathan Little is probably the starting point I would recommend the most.
His PokerCoaching channel has a huge amount of free content and is specifically focused on teaching poker strategy: ranges, preflop play, postflop decisions, bet sizing, hand analysis, tournaments, and cash games. PokerCoaching also offers a free 19-lesson fundamentals course.
In addition, Little has an impressive professional track record: he has won two WPT titles and was named WPT Player of the Year.

YouTube is full of content, but I'd also suggest practicing alongside study. I run a free poker site with a preflop range lab, Solver, and strategy articles to help you drill what you learn. also free poker and other games costs nothing.. Just a community for people that love the game.. Lifes a Gambol

Yeah, there are some really good ones. I’d recommend Jonathan Little, Crush Live Poker, and Carrot Corner. They have a lot of free content covering strategy, hand analysis, and mindset. I’d focus more on understanding why a play is correct rather than just memorizing charts.

Jonathan Little’s PokerCoaching channel is a good starting point, as others have mentioned. I’d pick videos that match the format you play, since cash games and tournaments can involve quite different decisions.

One thing I’d suggest is pausing before the coach explains a hand and deciding what you would do and why. It’s easy to agree with an explanation once you’ve heard it, but making the decision first helps show where your understanding needs work. Then focus on applying one concept at a time in your own games.
